Teamwork makes the dream work! Back in November 2021, it was brilliant to work alongside other branches of the M Group to create this stunning exterior transformation in Middleton, Milton Keynes.
We’re very proud to have played our part in enhancing this beautiful home, and keeping it watertight for years to come.

Meet our teams
M1 – they are the experts in providing the scaffolding, which for this property was needed around the whole perimeter – vital for a safe working for the teams, and a thorough job for the customer.
M2 – that’s us, of course – and on this project, we carried out extensive repairs to the hips and valleys of the roof – where sloping sides meet – and replaced the roof on the bay window at the front of the property as well (see before and after pics).
M3 – the Property Maintenance team replaced the cladding on the bay window, and the roofline works too – that’s the guttering, fascias and soffits, including a deep flow guttering system to cope with the water coming off this size of roof. They also boxed in the open eaves to create a straight-line finish in the client’s chosen black ash foiled product.
